Do you ship physical hardware?

No. Labs run on resettable virtual hosts. Some enterprise clients mirror images internally; that is a separate statement of work.

Can I download every recording forever?

Recordings rotate after ninety days to keep storage honest. Transcripts of live Q&A remain longer when instructors approve them.

What is intentionally not included?

We do not proctor third-party exams, sell vouchers, or guarantee hiring outcomes. We document what you practiced, not promises about job markets.
